Project: Great Western Super Centre, Keperra

Project Description:

This neighbourhood centre comprising a Woolworths supermarket, specialty retail, bulky goods, medical specialists, restaurant precinct, tavern & petrol station was built on a 20,000 m² site at Keperra. The centre has traded beyond all expectations and been a great success for the owners. Careful consideration at the master planning stage focused on providing easy and convenient access. This is the first shopping centre in Australia using its own solar generation plant. The rain and ground water harvesting was also a new innovation when this project was designed.
