Project: Mantra on Queen, Brisbane

Project Description:

A 4 star international standard hotel and apartment complex offers 30 levels of luxury living in Queen Street.

123 strata titled serviced apartments are complimented by two Function Rooms, a Boutique Restaurant and specialty shop.

Through fine tuning of Brisbane City Council’s Tangential Rectangle formula an unlimited GFA on this 1,200 m² site was achieved.  The building form with its strong blade element satisfied the developer’s brief for a ‘striking landmark’ and proved popular with the marketplace.

Construction was completed in the year 2000 at a cost of $20 million.
