location Murrarie and Cleveland, Brisbane contact Maurice Verna Project: Fisher & Paykel, Murrarie and Cleveland Project Description: The TVS Partnership completed the State Distribution Centre at Murrarie and the Corporate Offices,Framing Facility, Showrooms, Washing Machine and Refrigeration Assembly Factories at Cleveland for Fisher & Paykel, which involved town planning, design and documentation together with landscape design.The Cleveland project consisted of two separate buildings, a new office and factory building. The office building being approximately 2,150 m² GFA with approximately 370 m² of verandah. The general construction, materials and finishes reflect the existing offices to the refrigerator factory. The cost for this project was approximately $2 million. The extended factory building comprised five bays long with bay length and width the same as the existing refrigerator factory. Allowances were made for future extensions. Construction, materials and finishes of the factory are the same as the existing refrigerator factory. The cost was approximately $5 million. |
