Grande Pacific Broadwater is a 25 storey luxury retirement high-rise developed for independent living and will consist of 108 apartments in a 1, 2 and 3 bedroom mix.

The principle asset of this site, besides it’s proximity to the Southport CBD, is the extensive views to the Gold Coast Broadwater and the Spit peninsula. The tower designs were oriented to take best advantage of these outlooks with all living areas and most bedrooms enjoying direct views.
