Project Description:

This development is situated on a prime 6,500 m2 site and is centrally located within walking distance of Surfers Paradise and Budds Beach.

The three residential towers of 8, 11 and 22 storey were designed to take advantage of the climate and extensive views to the beach, river and the magnificent Gold Coast hinterland, with more than an acre of gardens and recreation area on site.

The development comprises of 163 units ranging from 78 m2 1 bedroom apartments to a 650 m2 two storey four bedroom apartment; offering a mix of one bedroom, one bedroom & study, two bedroom, three bedroom and four bedroom apartments complimenting market demands.

The apartments were planned to benefit most from the coasts sub-tropical climate with open plan flexible living areas, opening onto 3.2 meter wide balconies for outdoor living. Each building has been oriented on the site to take best advantage of the North-East aspect and panoramic views to the Broadwater, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, Nerang River and the Gold Coast hinterland.

Water played an integral part of the site landscape design with linked ponds flowing down a 4.5 meter waterfall forming a focal point beside the 25 meter lap pool, gym, games room and BBQ facilities.
