Conceived as the ultimate in luxury this four level family home successfully lives up to its clients expectations. Designed over four levels on a 480 m² steeply sloping site entry is gained from the top level.

Careful spatial planning has allowed the spectacular view to open up as one moves through the open plan living areas on entering. High quality joinery in the kitchen and living room are designed as linear element sculpted into the space. The expansive glass doors that lead onto the top terrace can be folded away to transform the living room into an almost an outdoor room.

Placement of high windows further emphasizes the feeling of light and openness on all sides. Bedrooms, study, recreation and home theatre rooms are located on successive levels down the hill.
