This prestigious house in a contemporary style is located on the Isle of Capri on the Gold Coast and looks across the Nerang River toward Surfers Paradise.

The site contains an area of 609 m² with a 17 meters frontage overlooking the Nerang River to the North-East, enjoying the benefit of the north-east orientation and views across the river. The two storey residence was designed in a ‘neo-classical’ Mediterranean theme, with a focus on simplicity and refined sophistication.
