Project: Luxury Waterfront Duplexes, Surfers Paradise Project Description: Two luxury waterfront duplexes were designed to take the best advantage of their prime corner site in Surfers Paradise. The site contained an area of 1,509 m² on two allotments with a 54 meters frontage overlooking the Nerang River to the North, North-East & East and a 42 meters frontage overlooking the Boat Harbour to the South-East. The design incorporated two duplexes accommodating four families (approximately 250 m² for every residence). Each duplex was two storeys with basement car parking via a common driveway ramp. The architectural style used was modern with an emphasis on simplicity and refined sophistication. The entry lobby, formal lounge and dining room, large kitchen area as well as a large family room, study, laundry and powder room were located at ground level. The upper level was designed to accommodate one master bedroom at the river end of the dwelling with large ensuite and walk-in robe (the ensuite has twin basins, large spa bath, separate shower, a WC and a bidet), a retreat area adjoining master bedroom, two further bedrooms (large enough to accommodate two single beds and walk-in robe), another retreat/sitting area between two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and separate WC. The basement car park with individual lock-up garages & storage areas were connected by internal stairs to each of the private residences. Each duplex has individual swimming pools to compliment the prestigious living lifestyle.
