Project: Azure Apartments, Tugun

Project Description:

This five storey building accommodates one luxury apartment on each level on an absolute beachfront site at Tugun on the southern Gold Coast.

The ground floor apartments feature large on-grade terraces. The top floor apartments have a roof top gym, recreation area, large undercover gazebo area, pool and spa facilities all accessible from the apartment through an internal staircase.

Each unit is 260 m² and houses three large bedrooms and a study. The master bedroom and living rooms were located on the east side, with large stacking sliding doors opening up to the wide balconies.

The living areas incorporate large open, column free spaces and a gourmet kitchen as its centerpiece. Cantilevered frameless glass balustrades are utilized to allow uninterrupted ocean and beach views.
