Quality Process

The TVS Partnership practises Total Quality Management in aspects of its business.

Our firm is a leader in this field having won the regional, state and national 1992 Australian Small Business Award in the category of TQM. The 1992 Commendation Award was also received from the Australian Quality Council.

In 1993 the firm became the first architectural firm, the first professional firm as well as the first small enterprise to win an Australian Quality Award.

The firm has Quality Assurance systems in place has obtained certification through Benchmark Certification, to the requirements of ISO 9001.

The TVS approach to quality assurance is that quality cannot simply be controlled by a series of checks and reviews. Quality emanates from the essence and culture of a firm, which is an aspect the group has recognised and cultivated over many years, from staff selection and support, to striving for excellence in all projects.

The close relationship between the TVS management and its staff is an example of our method of operation aligning with these principles. We are committed to the encouragement of open and honest communication between all levels of staff and management and see similar communication as an essential ingredient of our relationship with the TVS client and other specialist consultants.
