The three tiers of care are being offered should one partner require more care enabling couples to remain close.
All the buildings will face north and are oriented to take maximum advantage of views to the Marina and Mt Martha. The main lobby area and reception is 2 storey to give a sense of arrival and space befitting a development of this size and quality.
The village community facilities will include a comprehensive library and reading area, numerous multi-purpose rooms, computer room ,gym, hydro-therapy spa and pool, outdoor facilities, theatre, entertainment lounge, dining room, function room and lounge room. Proposed materials will be a combination of rendered masonry and glass with elements of natural material including the local limestone and timber.
