Workcover Mailroom Alterations

Brief:
To create a plan & 3D model of an existing mailroom office.
The client wanted to be sure that the newly designed joinery and workstation layout would be accepted by staff members.
The finishes had previously been selected by head office however the joinery was to be drafted as per sketches provided.

Location:
Workcover Queensland
Level 10, 280 Adelaide St, Brisbane, Queensland

Ambition:

• To best portray the experience felt by staff in their new surroundings
• We also wanted to impress our client using our technologically advanced design capabilities.

Solution:

• Multiple perspectives were developed from views that would clearly show the effects of the alterations.  
• We imported the actual finishes the client had stipulated to make it as true to life as possible.

Outcome:
As a result the client was so impressed by the means of the design communication that we were called upon to refurbish the ground floor main foyer area of Head office, fitout new and refurbish existing Customer Service Centers and give Workcover Queensland a whole new image.
